Is furrboost suitable for sensitive tummies?

Furr Boost is suitable for almost all dogs – it contains no allergenic raw materials, however we would recommend our plant based drink if your Furr Baby is sensitive to some proteins. If your pooch has a sensitive tummy, as with all new food products, we recommend introducing Furr Boost slowly by following the feeding guidelines and introducing only a quarter of the recommended allowance at a time, before gradually building up to a full serving.

Does furrboost contain grain?

No! Only the best for Furr Boost lovers! We’re junk and filler free. Furr Boost contains only high quality, human grade ingredients with some extra goodness. Each carton contains the three main flavour ingredients plus added vitamins, sea kelp, probiotic, yeast beta glucan, salmon oil, flaxseed oil and coconut oil – each chosen for their health and nutritional goodness. It doesn’t contain any wheat or grain, and will never contain any junk or hidden nasties.

Can Furrboost be used after a dog has been vomitting?

Yes, to help get fluids into your dog, use Furr Boost as per the feeding guidelines and add another two thirds of water, this will push fluids to replace the fluids your dog has lost through vomiting. Our feeding guidelines are set at one third of your dogs daily water intake, so if you know they need more fluids, we recommend adding water to the drink. A good rule of thumb is 50ml of fluids per 1Kg of your dogs body weight.

Can Furrboost help with digestion issues in my dog?

Yes, the natural fibre from the fruit and vegetable content combined with prebiotic derived from chicory root, help to aid digestion, reduce flatulence and improve stools, particularly if stools are dry or your dog is constipated.
